STAAR Science

STAAR Science ~ Wednesday, May 10

Are you ready?  In addition to our review time in class, students may study at home and get extra credit!  There are files attached in the class folder for each category that will be tested on the STAAR. Students should read each review and answer the questions on the STAAR Science Test Review Worksheet in each category for a test grade. Students may use the reading review as well as notebooks to answer questions in such a way that indicates complete understanding of concepts.

Week At A Glance

This week we are researching the effect we have on our ocean systems.  Students have decided on their topic and are working with a partner to present their research to the class.  Presentations will begin Monday, March 20, after spring break.  The research project is a test grade.

Progress Reports will be sent home on Friday, March 10.  Please sign and return on Monday, March 20.

Tis the season for STAAR testing!  Please schedule appointments around these dates.  Students test much better with plenty rest and a good breakfast!
