Update! 

Thanks to my AWESOME nephew, Stephen Morrow, we have the PC ready with software installed.  Next phase is to build the sandbox and calibrate the projector and Kinect.

We are super excited to get this project started! Hopefully, we can get this finished for our current 8th graders to play with! :) We have lots of planning and work to do first.
