September Newsletter

It is officially September, and we are off and running. Can you even believe the first 6 weeks grading period has almost past? 

Our 7th and 8th graders have been working hard on our Pep Book in preparations for our Pep Rallies coming up soon! (See Schedule on the Home Page) In addition to the Pep Book, the students have begun working music for Region Band Auditions. The Beginning Band students are having a blast making their first sounds, and even playing their first song!! 

In all three of our Bands, we have started our individual assessments of each student. These weekly tests cover the music we are working on during our class time every day, although the students may need to practice on their own at home.
